RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
No one returns from the Killer Cut Cult... but we'll make an exception.
You thought you made it out alive — and your order should too. If something arrived looking like it survived a machete attack, we've got you covered.
The 30-Day Deadline Just like the killer always comes back, you've got 30 days from delivery to come back to us with a return. Don't wait until the sequel. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition — tags attached, no final girl damage.
What Can Make It Out Alive
- Apparel with manufacturing defects or sizing that wasn't in the script
- Accessories that arrived DOA (damaged on arrival)
What Doesn't Survive the Night
- Anything worn, washed, or that's already seen too much
- Limited edition and final sale items — these are the ones who went into the basement. They're not coming back. All sales final.
- Returns sent without prior approval — the door is locked, don't bother knocking
Wrong Size? There's Still Time to Escape. We'll swap you for a different size if it's still hiding in our inventory. Reach out within 30 days — don't wait for the third act.
Arrived Looking Like a Crime Scene? If your order showed up damaged or defective, that killer is OURS to deal with. Snap a photo and send it to info@candbcraft.com within 7 days of delivery. We'll send a replacement or issue a full refund. Your survival, your choice.
How to Trigger the Return Don't go running back to us empty-handed without calling first — that never ends well. Email info@candbcraft.com before sending anything back. Once approved, we'll radio you the coordinates. Return postage is on you, unless the item arrived as a victim — then we've got it.
The Refund — End Credits Once we receive your return and confirm it hasn't been tampered with, your refund rolls in 5–7 business days back to your original payment method. Cue the synth score. You made it.
