Welcome to Killer Cut Clothing ("the Shop," "we," "us," or "the
killer at the end of the hall"). By accessing our website and
placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you
don't agree -- well, no one believed the kid who saw something in
the woods either.

1. WHO WE ARE

Killer Cut Clothing is an independent horror apparel shop based in
the United States. We design and sell clothing and accessories for
those brave enough to wear their darkness on the outside.

2. USING OUR WEBSITE

By using this site, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old
(or have a parent's permission -- we've seen how that goes in the
movies). You agree not to:

- Use the site for anything unlawful or that would make even us
uncomfortable
- Attempt to hack, scrape, or tamper with our systems -- the
final girl always wins
- Impersonate another person or entity

We reserve the right to terminate access for anyone who violates
these rules. The door locks from the outside.

3. ORDERS & PAYMENTS

When you place an order, you're making an offer to purchase. We
reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason --
including pricing errors, suspected fraud, or a bad feeling we
just can't shake.

- All prices are listed in USD
- We accept major credit cards and other payment methods listed
at checkout
- Payment is processed at the time of purchase
- You are responsible for providing accurate billing and shipping
information -- don't send us to the wrong cabin

4. SHIPPING & DELIVERY

We ship within the United States only. Estimated delivery times
are just that -- estimates. Once your package leaves our hands and
enters the postal dimension, we are not responsible for carrier
delays, lost packages, or things that go missing in the night.

If your order hasn't arrived within a reasonable timeframe,
contact us at info@candbcraft.com and we'll investigate.

5. RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Our full Return & Exchange Policy governs all return requests and
is incorporated into these Terms by reference. You can find it
lurking on our website.

6. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All designs, graphics, logos, and content on this site are the
original property of Killer Cut Clothing and are protected by
copyright law. You may not reproduce, redistribute, or sell our
designs without written permission. We will notice. We're always
watching.

7. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Killer Cut Clothing is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or
consequential damages arising from your use of our site or
products. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid
for the order in question.

In plain English: if something goes wrong, we'll make it right
within reason -- but we're a small shop, not a horror franchise
with an unlimited budget.

8. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES

Our products are provided "as is." While we take pride in quality,
we make no guarantees beyond what's expressly stated. We are not
responsible for any existential dread, sleepless nights, or
neighbors who don't appreciate your wardrobe choices.

9. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS

We may update these Terms at any time. Changes take effect when
posted to the site. Continued use of the site after changes means
you accept the new Terms. Just like the sequel you didn't see
coming.
